We feel that anyone can master the techniques behind making a great pizza, but the real challenge comes when you go to cook it …without a good pizza oven, all that work will go to waste. Not too long ago, we stumbled across Pizzacraft Pizzeria Pronto Outdoor Pizza Oven and we must say, it was like love at first sight.

In the Box
When you open the box, you’ll find the following items:
Baking Stone (2 parts)
Gas Inlet Assembly
Reflective Heat Shield – The reflective heat shield is responsible for redirecting heat on top of the pizza and cooking the toppings you have placed on the pizza at the same rate as the post. This makes for a delicious pizza each and every time.
Size – This outdoor pizza oven can make up to a 14-inch pizza, which is perfect.
Dual-Layer, Interlocking Cordierite Pizza Stone – This features hollow-core technology that diffuses heat. This means there will be no hot spots, so your crust will be evenly baked every time you use the outdoor pizza oven.
Moisture Vent – How many times have you cooked your own pizza only to find it was soggy in certain areas? This may be because there was no moisture vent on the oven. The Pizzacraft Pizzeria Pronto outdoor pizza oven has a moisture vent, which allows the steam to escape – this prevents sogginess.
Temperature – This oven gets pretty hot and it only take 10 minutes to reach the right temperature. It is capable of reaching cooking temperatures of 700 degrees F.
Cooking Time – This oven can cook pizza in five minutes. As soon as it’s done cooking the first pizza, it will be ready for another one right away.
Propane – This outdoor pizza oven runs on propane, and it is portable. Take note that the tank is not included with this product, but you can easily pick one up at your local gas station or grocery store.
If you’re looking for a really good pizza oven, then we highly recommend this Pizzacraft Pizzeria. Cleaning it is pretty easy, just make sure you allow it to cool down before you clean it. Simply remove the stone from the oven and clean it by running it under cool water and brushing the debris away. Make sure you don’t use soap on it and you should be just fine. Before using the stones again, make sure they have dried completely.
